The screen on WIN 10  comes up with monstrous sized fonts and icons.   Using search at the start menu brings up zero info.   Can this be changed?

I'm thinking it's your display properties. Right click on the desktop and go down to display settings. Click on display settings.

Check your scale and layout and also the display resolution. You may have to play around a little on the resolution.
