I think we got it. The last SRU error was at 6:43 and we have an unrelated newer error at 7:23 which is usually associated with a reboot so no new SRU error.
It is complaining about a bad driver. Search for
device manager
hit Enter
Click on View, Show Hidden Devices
Then look down the list of devices for one marked with a yellow or red flag. If you find it, right click on it and select Properties then Details.
Change the value in Property from Device Description
to Hardware IDs
Select the first value and right click and Copy then cancel.
Move to a reply and Ctrl +v and the copied value will appear.
If there is more than one flagged device then repeat for each.
While in Device Manager, open Network Adapters and look for any that mention Bluetooth. If you see one then go in to its details and copy its Hardware ID. Also look under Driver and give me the date and version.

As you no longer have TrueKey installed (this is a password manager that you get sometimes foisted on you. First x passwords it saves are free then you have to pay for more. ) it is just a remnant from a poorly written uninstaller. We can remove the entry with a fixlist.

This will need to reboot but should be very quick otherwise.
Rescan with FRST and attach the logs.

I think we need to see if you can get a newer version of your AMD software:
Go to
https://www.amd.com/en/support
and download their detection program and see if they offer you a newer version.
I'm also not really very happy with:
Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (HKLM\...\{409CB30E-E457-4008-9B1A-ED1B9EA21140}) (Version: 13.0.0.1098 - Intel Corporation)
This is the software that interfaces the motherboard with the hard drive. Early versions of this program are prone to problems. Used to be Intel had a whole series of downloads but they don't seem to offer them any more.

It didn't like either of those files unfortunately. I have checked using the dell self check software too and it didn't pick anything up.
I see the problematic USB is still there:
USB\DEVICE_DESCRIPTOR_FAILURE
Additionally, my touch screen worked for a while, stopped, worked again last week and I see it not working again. I'm not sure if this is picked up in the diagnosis either?

I am trying to find the latest driver for the Intel Rapid Storage Technology.
If I go on the Dell support site for this PC, they say this is the latest driver based on my support code:

I'm not sure where to see what driver I currently have. I don't find anything under device manager.

Hi Ron,
I am presuming we have gone as far as we can. Once again, thank you for your patience and assistance. I did make a small donation to Kwiat. Unfortunately our exchange rate to the US$ is not great, so it is not a huge dontation, but I'm sure every bit helps for them.
I'll uninstall all the programs we have installed. If I get stuck on any, I'll give you a shout.

Sorry not done just had unexpected company for the last few days.
I think Dell offers the same
Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (Version: 13.0.0.1098 - Intel Corporation)
on the support site for your PC. Download it and note where you save it.
Now follow the instructions here:

to remove Intel® Rapid Storage Technology.
It's doubtful that you will notice any difference in performance (you can run userbenchmark again and see if it sees anything) but if it seems to be slower you can then reinstall it from the downloaded copy.
