I bought a desktop that needed a few parts to be complete. I added a graphics card, a Wifi card, etc. It turns out that the guy I bought it from has a Windows 10 Enterprise OS, and for a couple of months it worked fine.  Now I cant access any X-box games, or even open any photos. In the lower left is a watermark "Activate Windows" and since I do not have access to the admin. for the code, I will be forced to buy another copy of Windows. I was thinking of buying a windows 10 pro version from a vendor I have used in the past, and I need to know what procedure to follow to replace the existing OS on my box, and not loose anything. I was going to include a snip of the watermark, but the snipping tool wont work!

Help?

Hi,

You can try to downgrade to Windows 10 Pro https://www.majorgee...ows_10_pro.htmland then purchase a new Windows 10 Pro key to activate.

To successfully downgrade using those generic keys you probably need to disconnect the computer from the Internet first.
