You do not make any choices, just run the tool - the malware guidance, the program takes care of the rest then provides you with a repair log that you will find on the hard drive.

Tried launching Chrome with only the three Google startup entries enabled  but it didn't work.

 

Then tried with no startup entries enabled which also didn't work.
