I've been experiencing sudden freezes and then my PC restarts on its own. I've checked the event viewer and it doesn't really show any major issues but I see Hyper-V which does not launch or anything.

 

 

Am I supposed to turn that on or is my issue from something else?

I attached a photo of some errors I saw.

 

Badly need help...

I've been experiencing sudden freezes and then my PC restarts on its own

 

The cause of your issue could be anything: hardware problem, RAM, drivers, overheating, disk... 

 

Here we can check the computer for malware. Unfortunately, however, there is evidence of potentially illegal software on your computer, and this is against the Forum's Rules.

So, if you want us to check the computer for malware, I am going to request you completely uninstall all products for which you do not have a valid Product Key, including all "cracked" software. If you are willing to do that please rerun a FRST scan after removal and attach both reports in your next reply. If you prefer to leave the program(s) on your computer, let me know that and I will be closing the Topic.
