I have a Microsoft Live Account that I created a long time ago. I tried to log into Skype (which can be logged into using the Microsoft Account credentials), but am unable to do so. Apparently, my email address (which I have through my Bell account) in Microsoft Account is incorrect. Specifically, it should end in .ca, but is shown as .c
(I likely created this by mistake at one time.) When I go into the Microsoft Live home page to change the email address (which Microsoft considers as my primary alias), I am unable to do so. The only option is to create a new email address in the format of [email protected].
I don't want to change my current email address. I want to correct the email address that Microsoft Live recognizes as [email protected] to [email protected]
Does anyone know how I can do this?
