Can't install itunes on my windows 11 pc

I uninstalled my previous version and now I can't get a newer version to install. A component is prevented from running. ??

You might need to follow the uninstall directions found in my link below for windows 10,

 

Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later - Apple Support
