About a year ago my grandson got a acer nitro 5 running win 10, I made a disc image to a USB drive for " Just in case " Since then the USB has went bad and win 10 will not let me make another. Is there a way around this other than factory resetting the pc? That may not even do it, im not really sure. Or is there possible a program i can Down Load to make another?

EaseUS Todo Backup will create an image www.easeus.com/backup-software/personal.html
Macrium Reflect will also create images. www.macrium.com/reflectfree
