Hello!  I have a Netgear Nighthawk RAX50 AX5400 router.  My internet that goes through ti=he router from the modem to my computer has the internet working.  The router is not sending out wi-fi signals.  All lights are on.  I tried shutting it off then on again.  I even reset it.  I checked and I have up to date software.  It's about a little over a year old.  It was working a few hours ago but has stopped working.  Any thoughts?  Thanks!

How about other connected devices, can they connect to internet?

Our cell phones can't and our smart TV can't.  It appears anything wireless cannot connect.

Try upgrading router firmware, maybe it will resolve the problem, if not then you need a new router.

I went to update my router and it stated that I have the latest update.  Is this what you mean?  And if I was having problems with my internet provider I wouldn't have internet to my computer, right?

Hello.  I ordered a new router and still no wifi signals.  Let me ask this:  I alluded to, what at the time seemed silly, this: "And if I was having problems with my internet provider I wouldn't have internet to my computer, right?"

Here's why I ask.  Spectrum Internet service has temporally suspended my account for bogus and untrue copyright infringements.  Is there a way for them to suspend my streaming through my router but I still can have internet service to my computer which actually goes through the router?  Seems kind of strange to me if it's possible.  Thanks...

If the problem not resolved after replacing Router then you should contact your internet service provider.

Thanks!
