Windows 11 Not casting to the TV

Hello

 

I just recently updated to windows 11, everything went smoothly but when I tried to cast to my tv I am not able to, windows can see the TV but doesnt give me the option to cast????

 

I hope you can help?

i FOLLOWED THE LINK TO THE FIX, I need to sign in as the administrator to change anything, I dont know how to do that!
