Cool. Did you then try the Black cartridge again? Go to the full post »

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-Bit)
HP Deskjet Envy 5055 Wireless All-in-one (print/scan/copy).

Hi. When I print in black ink it comes out black. When I copy in black it comes out red. I tried pulling the plug and starting again. I tried plugging it into another outlet. Both ink cartridges are close to full. I also reset the printer and cleaned the printheads and cartridges. it didn't help.

Any thoughts?

What does it do if you remove the Black cartridge and then try the Copy again?
