Hello, guys! After a long time I need again your help.

I have an odd problem with my laptop that I use for simple things (editing, watching movies, gaming); I didn't stay connected all the time with it at internet, and maybe this problem have to do with update things (I'm not a Windows 10 fan because the annoying update system).

Now here's the problem. Today, when I start it, my laptop sounds like it process a lot of work, ate a lot of battery (in normal use the battery give me 3 hours of use, and now just 1 hour and energy drop fast from minute to minute).

On Task Manager I see 100% CPU Usage and don't know why! Over 70%-80% of it came from two programs: Windows Compatibility Telemetry and System Interrupts. Maybe this is the problem, or, maybe, another one.

How can I fix this situation?

Thanks in advance!
