I am trying to remove the latest update, as my computer was working fine before this. I cannot get past a black screen that has the HP logo with a white circle that spins incessantly. Then it powers off eventually. Ive tried to load into safe mode, no luck. Ive used the tap ESC method and I ran System Diagnostics, which all passed. Please help, as I am just past my one year warranty and it has to be the update that is causing this. There were no issues before. Thank you in advance for any and all help.
