Double sized search field

Hey there.

 

I have somehow managed to get the Google search field double in size. Meaning, instead of a one line box, it is a two line box. Adversely, it has also rendered the input tools useless as they won't function anymore, and I do use them from time to time.

 

I've attached a pic to show the double sized search box.

I must somehow have pushed some keys to trigger this, but have no idea how to reverse it.

So how are you viewing that?    Maybe a win 10 or 11 Laptop using Firefox?

I'm viewing it on a desktop with windows 10 pro and Firefox.

 

That thread is about the same issue that I have, so seems I am not alone in this, nor that it is my own fault. I just checked the default Google page with Microsoft Edge, and the search field is normal sized there (it doesn't have input tools though) So seems it is related to Firefox and Google only.

It is a browser related thing, I guess.
