Website located in Muldova,posted mugshot and information about me. website inactive for two months. May never find owner. Icann redacted. Whois and other sources registrars different. Sent numerous abuse reports. Redirected or never answered. Google won't help. I have the IP address. No money for lawyer or suppression. Who can answer? What website. Thank you
