I'll have to finish reading all that analysis page later tonight, if only for general education. Doing a quick search of my autoruns output (and using Control-F ), I only see lines about Easeus Backup, not any Partition Master. Did I miss something somehow?
Only one PM version shows up in Programs and Features, but I do have two folders under Start/All Programs. One plain EaseUS Partition Master, one EaseUS Partition Master 12.5.
A general search for EaseUS shows I have an old installer saved in D, but I don't initially find any other E. Partition Master files besides the Setup file (same 12.5 version) I saved yesterday when trying to fix/replace the old, non-working program.

Earlier, I was in a bit of a hurry, just in for a break from trying to get all my outside chores done, but since then, in another file search, I did find something Easeus PM related and deleted it; that allowed me to properly uninstall the program, and that it is fully gone is confirmed by the fact that I have been able to reinstall it.
Thanks for the help; Problem solved, and the Autoruns program is good to know about.
