Orbic 10 doesn't recognize network sim

I've did a master reset. Put the working sim into the Orbic 10 phone. The Orbic seems to not be recognizing the sim card or network. Assurance Wireless said it's the tower near me upgrading or something. But my current phone can call text fine. Although data is acting weird now on working phone.
