How can it be that a well known app (bird) remains even after a factory reset on android phone, with no option to remove cache or even delete which I never downloaded anyway?

Thanks for reply. No there was no restore from backup but it just seems strange to me that everything else gives me the option to remove the cache or delete, except this?
