The Lenovo Service Bridge preinstalled on the Lenovo IdeaPad 3 17ABA7 is apparently shown as harmful by AdwCleaner.

Should this be deleted/uninstalled?

Tried to delete it 2 or 3 times with AdwCleaner, which is shown as successful by AdwCleaner every time, but after a restart AdwCleaner always shows it as installed. How come?

Should all pre-installed Lenovo programs be removed?

AdwCleaner just shows to you the pre-installed software. That doesn't mean it is harmful. It's up to you if you would like to keep or remove it. My recommendation is to keep Lenovo ServiceBridge. You may need it one day for drivers updates.

So AdwCleaner shows software that is not harmful / negativ at all? Would not expect that from a malware program. That's strange, what sense does that make?

Not strange at all. Every user has the right to know what it is installed in their computer without their permission. And it is up to them, depending on their needs, to keep or remove it. That is what AdwCleaner doing.
