HI i just want to know if this ssd is compatible with my laptop please I tried the crucial scanner but it keeps giving me an error.

It is comparable with your present SSD which is the same as the example here

 

Go direct to Crucial here to hopefully be able to run the scanner tool from.

 

So we can do a triple check, post the exact model name or number of your HP notebook.

HI I tried to run the scanner tool but I just keep getting an error it says that scan is no longer saved in the system error.

 

The laptops name is HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-ec1xxx
