I'm running Windows 11. Today a strange thing happened. When I turned the computer on, it failed to load my user profile. So I powered down and tried again. Same thing happened. I just kept trying again, and finally it found my user profile and everything is running fine now. But I want to know WHAT HAPPENED? And how to prevent it from happening again? Any help you can give will be appreciated! Thank you.

Hi, John.

I thought that you would keep one account, as we agreed elsewhere.

From now on, please sign in with your old account.

Can you please tell us what exactly is happening when you start up the computer? At what screen are you able to reach and what happes then?

Just a heads up Panos;

Because the member did not do as was asked + just out and out abandoned their previous thread to which you refer there was no alternative choice other than to delete the second account so that the OP has to use this their original, this the reason why the post to which you replied is no longer there.

Thanks.
