My phone is not recognized on my pc( wins. 10) using usb. Tried different cables , and ports. I am getting older but I believed it worked before Thanks for any advice

Try these exercises:
Turn the phone off then on try reconnecting it via USB,
Restart the computer with the phone plugged in to the USB.
