From the disk check:

Windows has found problems that must be fixed offline.

Let's check it with CrystalDiskInfo.

  • Open CrystalDiskInfo you have already installed.
  • If everything is working properly, you should see the status “Good“ displayed. Other statuses you might see include “Bad” (which usually indicates a drive that’s dead or near death), “Caution” (which indicates a drive that you should most likely be thinking about backing up and replacing), and “Unknown” (which just means that information could not be obtained).
  • Take a screenshot of what you get, and attach it in your next reply.

OK.

Everything seems fine. We cleaned the system, fixed corrupted files, checked the disk. Obviously, the issue is hardware related, and you must now open a new topic at the relevant forum. Refer to this topic, by mentioning the link.

Before I close the topic, there are a few remaining things you must do.

1. Administrator account

You are using the built-in Administrator account. This is a very powerful account. We use it when we need to perform specific actions which are not allowed in other accounts, even if they have administrator's privileges. I strongly recommend you to disable this account and start using one of the four other administrator accounts you have.

To disable the Administrator account:

  • Press Windows icon on your Desktop, together with the letter R.
  • Type cmd, and press Ctrl + Shift + Enter to run Command Prompt as administrator.
  • Copy and paste the following command and press Enter to execute it:
net user administrator /active:no
  • Restart the computer and choose one of the four administrator accounts you have.

2. Remove the tools we used

The following tool will remove the tools we used as well as reset system restore points:

Download KpRm by kernel-panik and save it to your desktop.

  • Right-click kprm_(version).exe and select Run as Administrator.
  • Read and accept the disclaimer.
  • When the tool opens, ensure all boxes under Actions are checked.
  • Under Delete Quarantines select Delete Now, then click Run.
  • Once complete, click OK.
  • A log will open in Notepad titled kprm-(date).txt.
  • Please copy and paste its contents in your next reply.
  • Note: If there is a warning about this tool, go on to download it, since it is a false/positive. Choose More info and continue from there.

Let me know if you have any other question, regarding the above.

You are welcome.

Now, I'll close this topic as Solved, since the system is clean. You can open a new topic at the Hardware Forum for the rest of the issues.
