My wife and I share the a computer.  We both have used Thunderbird (TB) for many years to manage our email.  Our email (@verizon.net) is on the Yahoo system.  Both of us have identical profile inputs.  I have no problem with emails, but every couple of days, TB stops down loading her email.   She can send emails, but receives none.  I think I fixed this once but I'm not sure how I did it.  She can read her mail via the Yahoo mail webpage, but much prefers (as I do) TB.  The Mozilla community help hasn't helped,

It happened again.  It stopped loading my wife's emails on Nov 13th.
