It is no longer possible to produce an uppercase s using shift+s. With capslock I can. This is the only impaired shift combination. I have left and right shifts. This is the same result.
 
This is windows 10 pro on a thinkpad t400 something with thunderbolt.  I haven't installed any software in more than a year beyond mullvad-browser-, libre office-, or thorium upgrades.  I do adblock to protect myself from malware. This is a reliable laptop.
