Has any one tried a 3.0 USB hub hooked up to 3.2 USB port , to run a printer(Brother-QL-600)???

No but USB 3.0 and USB 3.2 are backward compatible and a USB 3.0 hub connected to a USB 3.2 port will simply function at the lower USB 3.0 speed.
