hi im having problems with my current internet connection. first off all i do have certain spyware that i have tried to delete with spyware removal software..although most spyware have been deleted there seems to be a problem that seems to slow down my adsl connection to a much slower connection speed..also i suffer from frequent d/c from the net and i was wondering if this is due to spyware/viruses or just an service connection problem..

please if anyone who has suffered any of these problems and may help or anoyone who has any idea on how to resolve this issue can help me out..

thanks

Chances are if you still have some spyware that you are having trouble removing, these are causing your internet problems as well. Download Hijack This (www.merijn.org/files/hijackthis.zip) and post the log in the Forum that is just for Hijack This Logs

You wont just try the software described, you will learn how to effectively use the software and once you post your HiJack This Log an EXPERT will reply as quickly as possible to help you throughly clean your machine. Have patience, as sometimes this process can take several attempts and communications, and repostings of the HiJack this Logs to completly clean your machine, and also we are busy, but everyone does have their turn.

hi phybyr0ptyk,

As for your last reply i do understand the need for patience and i do not have a problem with dat at all...as for the use of hijack this, i have used it many times to get rid of other spyware dat have been present on my computer..as for the problem evident on my computer at the moment i am not sure bout wat is causing this problem..

I have posted my hijack this log in the appropiate forum so as someone can help me identify any outstanding problems with it.

thank you for your help
