Problems:

1. IE 6.0.2800 behaving unusually. Pages display as if url not located but after several attempts at a 'refresh' the page will load.
2. VET email scanning component (iSafe) has an LSP conflict.

Actions so far:

1. Have followed all instructions on your site for detecting malware and trojans. Have removed numerous instances of malware such as gator and DyFuCA.
2. Following this step, IE seems to be behaving more consistently but VET email scanning still has LSP conflict.
3. 2 programs were requesting access to internet after restarting pc: carpserv.exe and salm.exe (I have ZoneAlarm installed). I am now denying these accesses. Salm.exe seems to have gone but carpserv.exe still present.

I believe things look ok now but any info on the 3 processes: carpserv.exe, internat.exe and zipToA.exe would be appreciated:

GREG
