hi i just stumbled upon this site after trying to find out why ezlaptop has conveniently shut down, i have heard report after report that people were upto 160 credits and since that they cant get onto the site, ive had a similar problem, guess how many i had.....................1............6............0... anyway in reply to the last message i saw there i had the email address to them it was [email protected] but ive been there and done that, the email address is closed down as it was part of the site, i heard a while back that last time they changed their name to ezlaptop.net for a while and then changed back to .com each time conveniently losing their customers files and changing owners, and upto now its widely believed that nobodys ever got a laptop from them but you can buy them on ebay. i heard a few stories of people getting to the required amount of credits and then being turned down because they had exceeded their limit for credit by links which was at the time 20, the total then for the laptop was 120 or something similar and no more than 20 by referral, so im up for that lawsuit thing but i begrudge paying ezlaptop for anything even if it is for their day in court, but if enough people would get together then it would make it a bit easier, i feel like ive been shafted with a beer keg and it hurts but only to the tone on $5, its a lot of pain for such a small sum but if everyone thought like just one person then these companies would start selling beer kegs so we would be able to shaft ourselves, if we start to think like a group of people or a large amount of people then i am sure we could afford a day in court and probably a beer keg full of beer to celebrate, and if we lost our day in court we could get p****d and shaft each other with the keg, we could even wait outside for mr or mrs ezlaptop and shaft them too anyway my email address is.........hang on can i post that here not sure ive only just joined this minute to post this message, ill start agaim
you can message me if your interested in catching up with the ezlaptop family,
i dont really get much time to read these messages on here so i probably wont be back on here for a while so any plans count me in as long as it isnt a large sum, and a message to mr ezlaptop, 'dont bother sending me a message asking for $5 for the ezlaptop court fund', i know your typing and its amazing what you can tell from somebodys typing
cya soon guys, maybe ill get a reply, maybe ill get a load of replies, if i do then i think we can do something about these guys, and at least all have about $5 each for a drink at the end of it

Same here I had myself 210+ and had received my "confirmation" email with my laptop order tracking number on the 12th of June.....load o' crap. [email protected] is the "From" address, but the actaul source and reply-to field is [email protected] - man, that sounds 100% legit, don't it? Have to wait and see if ezlaptop makes a return.

Oh, i like the emoticons, Venus....

Hello everyone....

I reached 184 credits when they shutdown on me. I don't know if they block our IP Addresses or if they are completely shutdown. But I'm sure there is grounds for a lawsuit based on false advertisement. It's not the $5 that matters... It's the point that you base your decision to spend that $5 on something that there is no intention to fulfill what is offered or stated. I was going to actually wait to recieve this laptop before I purchased one myself. To much time passed so I opted to buy one, thinking I could sell it once I recieved the new one from ezlaptop. So I based my decision to spend over a $1,000 on a laptop under the impression that I would recieve one, as stated by, ezlaptop.com. I'm not emotionally distraught over this but I am concerned over the amount of money made by this scam and the amount of people that decided to join. Hopefully an honest lawyer will come across this thread and offer some guidance on how there can be a joint lawsuit filled by all the people involved in this scam. We should all be awarded a monetary sum equivalent to the amount of the laptop offered...when it was brand new and first released!!!!

...Or someone might want to pick up the phone and call a news show that investigates scams and they can include ezlaptop as one of them......
