Hello, whenever Intervideo starts to open to play a DVD, an "Interactual Player Startup" screen opens that wants me to install it. Can anybody tell me how to get rid of this thing? Thank you so much for any help, junejuly :tazz:

I've always found Interactual Player to be nothing but a pain that messes around with codecs.
Just Ignore it... you cant get rid of it cause it's on the DVD your trying to playback not your PC, and its only there to play/assist the extra content which is on that DVD.
But... if you really want to access the extra content on the DVD then install it cause it sounds like theres a newer version on the DVD that is trying to update the one that you have already installed. :tazz:

Hi, willow28, thank you, that makes sense, because the next DVD I put in did not bring up the popup. Yeah, I've been reading that Interactual is a real pain and to avoid installing it. Thank you for your help, junejuly :tazz:
