Hello,

I've been through all the things you have suggested in other posts about this but as yet no luck. I keep getting messages about Nail.exe, SVCPROC and another file, AVG is stopping them from doing anything (as far as I can tell) but they still are coming up. Can somebody have a look at this log please and give me any pointers?

Next, please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following:
1) Restart your computer
2) After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
3) Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
4) Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.

For additional help in booting into Safe Mode, see the following site:

Once in Safe Mode, please double-click on Nailfix.cmd. Your desktop and icons will disappear and reappear, and a window should open and close very quickly --- this is normal.

Next please run HijackThis, click Scan, and check:

Close all open windows except for HijackThis and click Fix Checked.

Please double-click Killbox.exe to run it.

Select "Delete on Reboot".
Place the following line (complete path) in bold in the "Full Path of File to Delete" box in Killbox:

c:\windows\system32\bcucrjx.exe

Put a mark next to "Delete on Reboot"
Click the red-and-white "Delete File" button. Click "Yes" at the Delete on Reboot prompt. Click "No" at the Pending Operations prompt.
Make sure to reboot back to save mode.

Thanks for looking at that, done exactly as requested except that bcucrjx.exe had renamed itself zviqtg.exe, so performed the actions on that instead. Also Ewido crashed on the first run at 100% so I ran again so I could get the log.

1. Turn off System Restore.

Now that you are clean, please follow these simple steps in order to keep your computer clean and secure:

• Use an AntiVirus Software - It is very important that your computer has an anti-virus software running on your machine. This alone can save you a lot of trouble with malware in the future.
