Can anyone tell me what I need to do to successfully overclock my P4 3.2GHZ 640 HT 2MB L2 Cache processor? I am using an Abit AS8 Motherboard with an Award Bios and Guru. Right now it's running at 204MHZ with a multipling factor of 16X. AGP and PCI is running at 66/33. DRAM is 2.60v.

Also, I want to overclock my RAM. It's cheap TwinMOS PC3200 DDR-DIMM 1024MB Dual Pack Kit w/two matched PC3200 DDR DIMMs. What delay timings should I use with RAM?

Excuse my lack of knowledge, but for years I had an aging PC so I'm a little Old School.

Thanks.
