Submenus

From where I can set submenu settings? I did emm.. somethin', and my submenus doesnt open anymore when I put my mouse cursor on them. I have to click them so they open.

Dunno if submenu is the right word. I mean those things where is the black arrow pointing on right when you push the other button of your mouse.

So, what should I do, that those submenus opens when I hover them?
