<_< I have been removing w32spybot.worm and did a Norton scan in safe mode. Now I cannot get out of safe mode when I reboot, hit f8 and try to start windows normally. It continues to start in safe mode. Any ideas?

Startup your pc and click Start, Run, type msconfig. Click the bootini tab and uncheck the /safeboot option. You should be able to boot normally.
