There are a couple of computers in our network where (sporadically) documents done in WordPerfect version 8 will print blank pages. At first it seemed to be just when I would e-mail a document to one particular person. I advised her to save the attachments first instead of opening and printing from the e-mail. Sometimes this works, but other times it doesn't. Now I've had another employee tell me that she has had sporadic problems from documents that were originally on her computer (created by a previous employee). Also, today she was able to print 3 out of 4 documents that I had e-mailed. One computer runs XP and the other Win2000 Pro.
I researched the WordPerfect knowledgebase and there were instructions for Version 9 in this scenario. One advised uninstalling and reinstalling printer drivers; the other advised a change to the Registry. We all have our own printers. Should I just update their printer drivers? Do I have to uninstall before updating?
Has anyone else experienced this situation?
