I have a friend that has major computer problems. Her system shows a trojan horse virus as soon as it comes up. She has cable internet and was notified by the supplier that she has a Bloodhound virus and they disconnected her service. All of the posts that I have read have told how to fix by downloading a fix, this cannot be done since she has no internet service at this time. She has a H.P. computer running xp. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. I am also not a computer whiz, so everything will have to be in plain english.
Thanks!

Go here and follow the links to download the programs that you can, printing the page would also be a good idea. Then burn the programs to a CD and take them to her to use. :tazz:
