Problem with MS Access

I have a problem with Ucase function that is not working.

The code I that is running is tested and is fine, but not on my computer. I'm using a combobox on form and when user type letters they are all concerted to uppercase. The problem is that not all of the letters are converted. I don't use english language, and those letters are not english.

Access 2003 Pro, WinXp Pro

Any idea?
