Iam new here and need help. i had sometype of Trojen Horse or worm attack whick Hijacked my web page and jhas me blocked from going to most Anti Virus pages. I cannot accessSymantrc or Macfee . Please tell me what I need to do to correct this problem. <_< . I have run Hijack this and run ad aware ) I installed Norton Personal; Firewall this morning and installed Service pack 1a for XP home edition.

Here are a list of things that I would do:

1) Is the port that is used by Norton AntiVirus open?
If not the then open the following port numbers (TCP 21, 80, 443)
2) Do you have full control of your Internet Explorer?
If so then go to this website Virus Definitions and download the file and run it.
3) Update to Service Pack 2.

I hope that these steps help solves your problem.
