I frequently receive Word document attachments to my emails. When I download the file to my desktop and try to open it, I receive an error message with a heading "Problems during load" with a message that starts out

Missing file:...bmail.woa\Contents\WebServerResources\English.lproj\webmail.css

There may be more to the message... it runs out of space at that point with no ability to scroll over.

I'm able to open other Word docs without problems, i.e. ones that I transfer from my other computer via memory stick, for instance. It's just the email attachment
Word docs that I can't open.
