Welcome to GTG.
Try uninstalling Spybot and restart. Make sure the Spybot folder is not in the Program Files folder anymore. Now reinstall Spybot and also the Google Toolbar.
If that still won't work, do this:
Please read the first link in my signature and follow the steps outlined there. When you are ready, post the HijackThis log here.
