I hope this is correct forum. I have Window and Office XP pro. Today Outlook Express has been hanging on hte same message.

I get these error messages

Message number 2 could not be retrieved. Account: 'pop.central.cox.net', Server: 'pop.central.cox.net', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: 'his happened ', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800420CD

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'pop.central.cox.net', Server: 'pop.central.cox.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

Does anyone have any ideas?
there was no long period of inactivity. I searched for the errors but could not find anything that matched exactly. Is this an ISP problem or can I do anything myself?
