I looked at your hijackthis log and Identified some malware on our system. I transfered your post to the malware forum. Please be patient and one of our experts will be with as soon as they are able. When I try to run the app, I get the "HP Image Zone Express has encountered an error and must close" message. What is going on? It worked just fine until about a month ago.
