HP Image Zone Express not running

OK, the folks at GeeksToGo were kind enough to rid my system of malware for me. Now, I'm hoping they can identify the reason that I am no longer able to run HP Image Zone Express on my system. I've been through the re-download, reinstall, remove, yada, yada, yada with HP support many times this past week and they don't seem to be able to resolve the issue.

I looked at your hijackthis log and Identified some malware on our system.  I transfered your post to the malware forum.  Please be patient and one of our experts will be with as soon as they are able.  After they clean the malware from your system and you are still having issues please post a new topic in the apps forum and I will assist you.


When I try to run the app, I get the "HP Image Zone Express has encountered an error and must close" message. What is going on? It worked just fine until about a month ago.
