I have a new laptop computer that came with media player installed on it. When I go to view news videos from the web, I get a message to either download media player or real player before I can view the newscast.
I do not know why the site needs a download when I already have the media player in my system. I do not want to download something when I already have it.
Any sugestions as to what I should do???
