Hi again scarlet_spider...
When you right lick on the toolbar, are there check marks beside the toobars you want? If not, select them by clicking on them. Also...you may have to restart your browser before they will appear after the initial install.

Restarting your computer may also help.

no ...when eva i click the checkmarks dont appear..and i did restart a fewq times after installing initially

Unistall them and reinstall them again one at a time and checking to make sure they show up(one at a time).

In IE click "view" then "toolbars". Are your new toolbars listed and ticked?

what you also need to check is that the other opcions are not locked make sure your address bar isn't locked or anything else then try to move the toolbars around and see if that helps, if not unsiteall them and reinstall them over

.i did wat u said but their still not appearing..and i as for the ticking ...they arent checked off but wheneva i try to check off...its not working...not happens

I downloaded the comcast toolbar on my laptop and it worked great...but when I downloaded it on my desk top it wouldn't work...I know it is downloaded cause its in my add and remove programs....but when I go to the view tab and then toolbars I don't have the comcast option to check or uncheck....Can someone please help????????

i have found the perfect solution for your problem
what you want to do is remove the recently played files from the media player
here is how to do it:
open the media player and go to tools then click on options, after that click on the privacy tab, at the bottom there will be two options, one that says clear history and another that says clear cache. you have to click on both options in order for it to clear it up
one thing, this only works for media player version 9 and 10
if you have another version let me know so ii can research on it.
