I am unable to download/run some updates because of what appears to be a problem receiving Active X.

Active Scan and MS Updates won't download. I just get an error message.

In Internet Options, I've checked 'enable' in every box concerning Active X.
Also reduced the Security settings to the minimum while attempting to download. They still won't take.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

By the way. It's wiser to add the sites, you want something from, to your Trusted Zone then to lower your security.
