Foxit Reader 1.3 Beta Build 0819 Released

Changes:
1.Foxit PDF Engine now comes in a separate DLL, therefore Foxit Reader has been splitted into two parts. The size of download package increases too.
2. A number of bugs fixed, including the most reported Printing crash problem, and many other display problems.
