ok i want to make a program .my problem is interface how do i make an inter face.
im not looking for design tips i want to know how to make an interface

You need an interface designer or you need to know how to blind program UI's, what language are you using?

C++ : Use MFC (microsoft foundation classes) or QT. For the microsoft one go onto msdn(microsoft developers network) and look it up, you can get the 2003 compiler for free now. for QT, goto www.trolltech.com . QT is great, but its hard to get working.

Visual Basic : Again, Msdn.

Java : java.sun.com , easy to program, but sluggish as [bleep].

Tcl/tk : www.tcl.tk nice scripting language, with nice visual tool kit.
