hiya

msn is used by another user on the computer but i dont want the icon on my user account so all i wnt to do is to removie the icon completely so it cant come up again on my screen

What do you mean the icon, if you mean the one in your toolbar it can be turned off in options i think. If you cant do it safely then i would just leave its not doing you any harm, you could always use it as well if you want its a useful thing to have as almost everybody uses it.
