When we right click & go in the properties of a .doc file

WHAT IS ARCHIVE MEAN ????
WHAT IF WE ARCHIVE IS CHECKED ???? :tazz:

If you do a Windows backup of your computer, the computer looks at the archive bit on every file. If you choose to do an "incremental" backup, Windows will backup that file only if archive is checked, if it isn't, Windows ignores it. All files' archive bits are automatically checked if the file is modified.
