Sony Vaio Upnpframework.exe error

I come to the forum for some light for my problem
When shotdown my computer i get always the same error, something like this:
upnpframework.exe 0x0012d85a 0x00000023 memory cant read
Accept
Cancel

If you know of some patch or program or whatever i can do to rid of it please
